In the first half of 2025, the export volume of China's titanium dioxide subject to anti-dumping measures by major trading partners has reached nearly 40%. China's titanium dioxide export dependence is 40%, and changes in the export market have a significant impact on the domestic market. From January to May 2025, China's total titanium dioxide exports were 784,600 tons, down 1.57% from the same period last year. Major anti-dumping countries all showed a shrinking state in May. Exports increased year-on-year in the first quarter, one was due to the increase in inventory before India's anti-dumping tariffs, and the other was due to the advance inventory in foreign markets during the price increase stage. In April, imports shrank more significantly month-on-month. The Indian market imposed anti-dumping measures on China's titanium dioxide. In May, China's titanium dioxide exports continued the downward trend in April. Although it has narrowed, the export volume is still in a shrinking state. Among the current major export trading partners, India, the European Union, and Brazil have all imposed anti-dumping sanctions on China, and the export trend is not optimistic.
