According to statistics, in the first quarter of 2025, the total output of China's coatings industry was 7.576 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 0.14%, the main business income was 88.59 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.2%, and the total profit was 5.17 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.5%.

 In terms of exports: in the first quarter, the coatings industry exported a total of 89,400 tons, a year-on-year increase of 30.35%; the cumulative export value was US$279 million, a year-on-year increase of 25.10%; the titanium dioxide industry exported a total of 499,900 tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.21%; the cumulative export value was US$1.019 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 6.22%; the cumulative export of iron oxide pigments was 74,100 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 11.42%; the cumulative export value was US$69 million, a year-on-year decrease of 17.25%.
