The domestic sulfuric acid market has been operating steadily recently. In Yunnan, the price of 98% smelting sulfuric acid has increased by 40 yuan/ton, with local factory gate prices ranging from 940-1000 yuan/ton. In Hubei, the price is 945-1080 yuan/ton.

Downstream demand from the phosphate fertilizer and new energy industries is supporting acid prices, but demand in Guangdong and Henan has contracted slightly, with acid producers primarily focused on fulfilling existing orders.

The current market is operating stably with a tight balance between supply and demand, and sulfuric acid prices are expected to remain high in the short term.
