According to customs data statistics, in May 2026, titanium dioxide exports amounted to approximately 152,800 tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 12.63% and a month-on-month decrease of 21.05%. Among these, exports of sulfuric acid process titanium dioxide amounted to approximately 118,400 tons, with a month-on-month decrease of 21.43%, while exports of chlorination process titanium dioxide stood at 34,400 tons, showing a month-on-month decrease of 19.74%;
From January to May 2026, the cumulative export of titanium dioxide reached 883,000 tons, marking a year-on-year increase of 12.55%. The export of sulfuric acid process titanium dioxide was 670,100 tons, up 6.07% compared to the previous year, while the export of chlorination process titanium dioxide was approximately 213,000 tons, representing a 39.35% increase year-on-year.
